It isn't the typical sprite picture, you bought originality in, and the colouring is really nice too, I like this style, it looks really sparkly. The little animation on the eyes is really cute too, and flawless. And just to write something constructive critique too, it would be maybe even more lively, if you'd add a little animation to the ears or to the tail too.
But alltogether it is a really nice pixel art, and i'd like to see more like this in the future, because it just makes me smile.
